Refund policy

Before returning any items, please contact us at dieppehydroponics@hotmail.com

To be able to make a return we will need

1-The invoice number. 2-The email address associated with the order.3-Name of the item. 4-Description of the reason you return. 5-Photo of the item if defective.

If the item is not defective a 25% restocking fee will be applied, and the cost of shipping must be paid by you.

In the event we made the error, we will waive the restocking fee and cover the cost of shipping, but we must be notified within two weeks of parcel delivery. In this case we pay for shipping.
